Windsor Plaza recently renewed its contract with Clean and Secure to provide security and concierge services to our property in Sussex St, Sydney. Testament to the performance of the company and its staff, was that the contract renewal was agreed by the Strata Committee without discussion. Jay Rao replaced a broken system and staff from the previous company engaged by Windsor Plaza. However, a number of the original staff were identified for their potential and Jay turned them from being fearful and company compliant to cheerful, engaged and proactive, supporting the building and its residents. This was a truly remarkable turn around and says much about the leadership and culture at Clean and Secure.

I am the building manager of The Bentleigh, a high rise apartment building in Chatswood and have been here for 11 years. Jay supplied the Bentleigh with security staff and cleaning staff for nearly a decade. During this time he was able always to supply professional and courteous staff. On the rare occasion when we had a problem with one of his staff members, Jay would personally ensure that the problem was resolved. As such, I never had to worry about whether a guard/cleaner was going to live up to expectations.
