Clean and Secure has provided the full suite of Building Management, gardening and Cleaning services since inception (2019) for this site. Three buildings are situated on the one strata plan including commercial/retail buildings and 154 residential units with multi level car parks. The tower has a indoor Garden and Courtyard area.
